GROUP DISCOUNT
Groups of 5-9 people playing together save 25p per head.
Groups of 10 or more playing together save 50p per head.

DAY TIME & EARLY EVENING SESSIONS:
PlayZone welcomes children between 1 & 14 accompanied by an adult for daytime play.

ToddlerZone:
(4’s & under) weekday term time concession (10am-3pm)- £5.25.

NIGHT TIME SESSIONS (after 7pm):

Teen nights (12’s & over) £7.25  Check the teen webpage or call us for date & time info.

Adult only Pay & Play £9  8pm-11pm, first & third Friday of every month with photo ID.

PLUS:

Why do adults have to pay?
Like most businesses, our facility is priced on return of investment.   As one of the biggest indoor play area, our investment is significantly greater compared to traditional play centres with simple play frames.   Therefore, we have priced our facility accordingly and provide the parents the opportunity to participate and join in on their children’s activities, which allows them to spend quality time together.  We also maintain nice seating areas for parents to be able to relax and enjoy, including a good-sized mezzanine.  We believe our pricing is fair compared to other comparable activities that you would wish to do with your child, such as taking them to the cinema, bowling, or swimming.

Why can’t you leave your children or pop out?
The child / children remain to be the parents’ responsibility at all times when inside Playzone.  If the parent leaves the child, this negates their responsibility and if the child has an accident without the adult present, our staff would not be able to perform any first aid without the consent of their adult.  The adult must remain within the premises for the entire duration of their child’s session.

What is classed as the child’s ADULT?
Playzone adheres to the requirement imposed upon us by child services and our public liability insurers.  An ADULT is classed as a parent or guardian over the age of 18 who will provide full responsibility for their child / children at all times in Playzone.  This is for your children’s safety and security.

Why can’t you bring your own food?
We have a Café that adheres to the strict regulations of Health and Safety.   Like any other restaurant regulations, we do not permit members of the public to bring food other than that prepared on the premises with the exception of baby food.   Our tables are allocated for food and drinks bought in the premises.   You will be asked to put your food away or leave the premises to eat it.

We do not allow re-entry.

All customers are required to read our safety notices. The play areas are monitored by our staff at peak times, but kids (under 18’s) remain the responsibility of a parent or guardian & MUST be supervised by them at ALL times (incl’ Wed 7.30-9.30pm sessions unless registered as a Teen Member). Under 5’s must
be accompanied by an adult on the main play equipment at all times.

No food, drink or glass wear in the activity area.
Remove shoes, jewellery & sharp objects including badges.
Keep arms, legs abd feet covered. Tuck in loose clothing.
Wear socks and non acrylic clothing.
 
Playzone is a non-smoking enviroment and chewing gum is not allowed on the premises.
 
Only food and drink purchased from Playzone maybe consumed on the premises.
